Top Reads of 2018 H ello, Hi and Welcome Friends. Its that time of year where we look back at what you have read over the year. On Instagram I have been posting Top Ten of 2018 prompts all week. 2018 was another good reading year for me, over all I read 73,718 pages across 278 books. I had set my Good Reads reading challenge at 150 books and I defiantly passed that. The Kiss Quotient by Helen Hoang My rating: 4 of 5 stars The Kiss Quotient by Helen Hoang Well, this book. I am not even sure where to start to be honest, this book has so much buzz surrounding it and its also been a my most anticipated reads of the year list. It was the perfect blend of sweet and steamy, and some drama. But for me I couldn’t connect. I liked the characters enough, I just didn’t love it like so many others have. Overall, I really enjoyed my time reading it, it was fast paced which I really enjoy, the romance its self wasn’t enough for me. I loved the representation of Stella being autistic. I liked Michael, he was enjoyable. It is a very easy read and I appreciate that. Each to their own, that’s the way I look at it. I am defiantly looking forward to seeing how the next book is like.
