First off cudos to M.N. Forgy, what an exciting, gripping read, the twists and turns just keep you guessing, there's just no way you'll piece this together. The characters are attention grabbing and likeable, the descriptions so good you can picture each scene perfectly.
Dani is not an average young woman, she doesn't actually know who she is or where she fits in the world, she's stunningly attractive, but there's a darkness lurking just under the surface that till now she's never allowed it to take a breath, that darkness maybe the one thing that keeps her sane on this journey she takes with Shadow.
Shadow is a man on the edge, his demons are restless beasts and a constant reminder of just how much of a shell he's become... Till her his MINE!!! His Dani, who's presence alone beats the demons back and pulls shadow into the light. Will Dani be Shadows salvation and will Shadow stay true to his word and become everything Dani needs.
This read is a cliffhanger and while they usually frustrate me I'm content knowing that I'll get to catch up with these guys soon, and if this book is anything to go by then it'll be well worth the wait

M.N. Forgy was raised in
Missouri where she still lives with her family. She's a soccer mom by
day and a saucy writer by night. M.N. Forgy started writing at a
young age but never took it seriously until years later, as a
stay-at-home mom, she opened her laptop and started writing again. As
a role model for her children, she felt she couldn't live with the
"what if" anymore and finally took a chance on her
character's story. So, with her glass of wine in hand and a stray
Barbie sharing her seat, she continues to create and please her
