Review: Marvel Powers of a Girl
Marvel Powers of a Girl by Lorraine Cink
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
Holy Moly, Can we please take a moment and appreciate the art work in this mammoth of a book. For a book I did not know that was coming out, I sure do love it. It is so big that it does not fit on my bookshelves, its literally the best piece of coffee table material.
I love the way this book is set out, how we can discover more about our favorite lady superheroes.

Review: Frozen 2: Forest of Shadows
Frozen 2: Forest of Shadows by Kamilla Benko
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
“Are you freaking kidding” said my daughter when this arrived.
“THIS. IS. LIFE.”
Ella and myself gobbled this up like a block of chocolate. We loved everything about this story, from the cover to the story inside.
We loved the hidden myths, and extinct creatures. We overall just really enjoyed it.

Review: Captain Marvel: Higher, Further, Faster
Captain Marvel: Higher, Further, Faster by Liza Palmer
My rating: 2 of 5 stars
So, I did not enjoy this book at all. Carol Danvers, Captain Marvel was and still is cool in the movies, but reading about her bored me to tears. It to me felt unreal and so far from what actually happens in real life and that the author didn’t really look into what actually happens at an actual Air Force training, I think her side kick best friend was more enjoyable than actual Carol.

Review: The Day Before
The Day Before by Micol Ostow
My rating: 3 of 5 stars
Based on the fun loving old comic books, we now have a book series to enjoy, have you ever wondered what the crew of Riverdale was doing before the season 1 of the successful CW show? This is the story for you, told from multiple points of view, from all your favorite characters. This is literally set the day before the beginning of the series. It was a enjoyable read, and would recommend kids, big and young to enjoy.
